FAQ and return policy
Welcome to our new online store! We will post amendments to this page as and when a need to do so arises.
1: If you have any problems with the store, or any items purchased from it contact us via the form provided and we will attempt to remedy the situation as fast as we can. Please bear in mind we are a touring band and have day jobs. So whilst a reply from us might be quick when we have email access, action can take a little longer.
2: Don't send returned items to us without contacting us first. We need to know if a package is coming, where and who it is from. In the result of a quality issue we may need to make sure that a similar problem does not effect other orders BEFORE we send them to the customer.
3: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH ON THIS SITE. Don't post cash or cheques to us under any circumstance. We only accept electronic payment through the site. End of discussion! :)
PREORDERS: Preorder items will run for a given period. Once the period has ended the item will be produced and sent out to you once we have received them.
